Q3: How can I obtain some samples?

After you confirm our quotation and send us the sample fee, we will complete the sample within 10 days. We can use your account to send samples to you.

Q4: How about the sample time and sample fee?

Within 10 days, you can send us the sample fee first. After receiving your order, we will refund your sample fee.

Q5: How do you conduct QC?

Before mass production, we will make a sample for evaluation. During the production process, our quality control personnel will inspect each production process. If defective products are found, we will select and rework them.

06: Can you help me design it myself?

We can make a mattress according to your design.

Q7: Can you add my logo to the product?

We can provide OEM services for you, but you need to provide us with evidence of trademark production.

Q8: How do you handle defective products?

If there are any defects in the product during the warranty period, we will compensate you free of charge.
